Spring 2019 Walk-In Verification Reminder

Spring Baseball Registration Verification Reminder! Please click here to register.

If you have not submitted your verification documents online during the registration process, you must attend one of the two verification dates to complete the registration. In person registration verification dates begin next week on Wednesday, December 5th between 6:30-8:30pm. If you can not make that date, you can also attend on Tuesday, December 11th between 6:30-8:30pm. The verification is located at Round Table Pizza on Mills and Baseline Road.

TIPS regarding residency and concussion sheet :

1. Your residency documents may already be available in electronic form. You may be allowed to download your bill in PDF. If so, download a recent copy and use that for the residency upload.

2. If you do not live in Claremont, your child must go to a school in Claremont. To fulfill the residency documentation requirement, please download and fill out the school enrollment form. Make sure to have a school administrator sign it.

3. Since the concussion form needs to be signed by the participant and the parent/guardian, print out the form (LINK HERE) FIRST. Then sign and either scan or take a low resolution photo using your phone in order to upload the concussion form.

4. If the above does not work, we will see you on December 5th or 11th!
